CenoMembrane is an allogenic membrane produced in various thicknesses, each offering specific resorption times and clinical applications. This product is derived from two sources: Fascia Lata and Pericardium.
Processing & Safety: During the manufacturing process, advanced tissue engineering and chemical methods are employed to completely acellularize the tissue. This ensures the removal of all allergens and immunogenic factors that could trigger a host immune response. The preservation of the collagen matrix and other essential elements creates an optimal environment for biological integration and site repair.
Preparation: The membrane requires rehydration for at least 10 minutes in an iso-osmolar solution, such as normal saline, prior to use.
Applications in Dentistry:
Periodontal and gingival tissue repair.
Flap extension procedures.
GBR (Guided Bone Regeneration) and GTR (Guided Tissue Regeneration).
Resorption Profile: The typical resorption time is between 2 to 3 months.
