The Cortical Strut is composed of pure cortical bone and is designed to provide structural stability within the bone. This product is produced using the freeze-drying method and undergoes gamma irradiation for final sterilization. It retains a natural balance of BMPs. However, due to the high density of cortical bone, it is recommended to use a demineralized product in conjunction with this graft to achieve optimal results.
